I could not get very far into the article. Covid-19 is nature made, and is therefore a natural biological process.
It might have a use in labs for research purposes to help the AIDS epidemic. If it had been used to help people, it might be a research weapon.
It would have a use in the Wuhan lab in the Hubei province of China. I think it could have been. And if it had moved out of the laboratory, people would not have known that it did for months.
Why? First of all, one who caught the virus has no identifiable symptoms for days on end. Second of all, people will be spreading the virus like here in the States. Thirdly, nobody knew what it was and how to cure it.
No blame is in my heart.
