Looks like NDX setting up pivot at 11400 area....as long as it holds, still possibility of one more ramp to new highs...

 

If it gives way, then big swing top may be in place...

The main pattern to now watch in $SPX is a "megaphone" pattern formed since August 12th and shown in green in my below chart

Support is today's low and resistance is 3400. If bulls can push above 3380 here, its very likely this pattern breaks up and kicks off a new leg higher

11452 NQ hedge long, those are my two NQ hedge longs for today and maybe the weekend as I load up on more QQQ & APPLE PUTS today

 

8-lot full size NQ longs.  I would like a big rally today to cap off OPEX week and this IT/ST LONG bias, ideally down first then up, down and then BIG UP MOVE to end the day & week

Loved the strength after the close and overnight, my average short is now 3383 with a profit stop now of 3375 as we move into expiration of the August cycle.  As I said on Monday, the odds of the SP500 hitting 3400 for expiration was very low and here we are.  It's looking like it will finish this cycle well below but still pretty strong overall!

10400 NQ tested overnight...quite possibly THE pivot going forward now, as summation index keeps gapping down while NDX makes ATHs
