As long as the house continues to include monies to bail out Democratically controlled cities and states who allowed chaos, rioting and acts of tyrannic control of their citizens, and including monies for the teacher's and other unions, the answer is resounding NO....not ever.

Fib is right. Republicans will not allow a bill that provides support for the states. You will see a stimulus if Biden wins the presidency. It does bother me a bit, that Republicans gave a lot of money to those who didn't need it. I'm not going to go into the political side of it, but the Trump tax cuts heavily favored Republican states due to how high tax blue states fund their governments. Those tax cuts favored the very poor and very rich, but many in the middle class got stuffed because tax deductions were no longer allowed.
I'm surprised there isn't more anger from some of those blue states who pay much more tax dollars to the federal government than they receive in any benefits.
