It looks near the end of the rinsing phase.    SPX down 27 with VIX up only 0.87 today.  You should know what will happen next day..............

With all these liquidity and stimulus it's unavoidable that more new highs are ahead  ......................

I think it is downtown from here....  but to be clear, we need a big gap down or very heavy down day early this week to 'set the tone' and kickstart this next final deflationary meltdown into March/April

 

Let us not forget that the meltdown last year February/March was fast and sharp and completed in just 23 trading days.

 

Also we have Mercury Retrograde Pre shadow phase begining now and then into February 1st.   That should throw a monkey wrench into the bulls plans

Currently the market is in a wait/see state.  During this time period bounces will be sold and dips will be bought...............................
