Note: Tomorrow futures open will be key given the important level we are sitting at. IF futures do open down, it will be important they bounce off 3710-3720 and quickly recover 3741, which would be a good setup for more upside.

While some of the indices pause, the Russell 2000 Small Cap Index posts another new high.

With all these liquidity and stimulus it's unavoidable that more new highs are ahead，believe or not ....................

Forgot this was a holiday could've slept in!  Friday was taken out on my short profit stop at 3771 but did get a fill final hour at 3775 after and am still holding that.  It's not really official though as I didn't put it up here as I was playing tennis, didn't even look till this morning actually didn't think I got it!  I'm just going to hold it though unless we fall back and add to it as we go into trading tomorrow as I'm not confident the rally will hold!  The reason why is after hearing that biden is going to start reversing everything on his first day makes me a bit worried!  In my view the party is over for the market even with all the supposedly stimulus coming in.  The numbers I've seen the Fed will continue to pull back on its POMO so that could make it interesting.  We could see new highs but I think the straight up moves we've been seeing are likely over.  The market needs a decent correction anyhow.  In the end its going to be an interesting year!  As I mentioned last week my sells on the Feb 4000 calls for $14.00 are now a hold along with the 4100's for $4.20!  Gonna hold off on placing put trades as I hope for a bit of a pullback!

Market was flat all day and with the evening open I was eventually taken out of my profit stop of 3774 for a 1 point profit but am back in for a short at 3790.  Will add to it if needed, earnings reports are going to be fun especially with Fanmg stocks!  Curious to hear opinions on that as its looking like they may have topped as they lose more and more customers.  I wish duckduckgo had a downloadable system lol!

Currently the market is in a wait/see state.  During this time period bounces will be sold and dips will be bought...............................
