It should be, but, it's not so that's a warning sign.

With today's action on the A/D line, Nasdaq summation is gapping down through the zero line just 1 day after NDX makes fresh All Time Weekly High with sizable divergence....

 

The potential for danger is there....see how NDX survives the earnings blast just about to hit with all the big guns reporting soon....NFLX tomorrrow to kick things off...

Id concur so far appearing to be healthy consolidation. Expect another push higher after pullback .
But Im of belief multi month lows are in.

GDX has managed 3 days without faltering, but if general market takes a dump soon, possibility it goes with it...at least initially anyway...

SOX hit pretty hard today after the very weak action on Friday.

 

If Rusty breaks 2220 tomorrow, it may go over the edge as well....could be early warnings should that occur....

CSX also out with earnings tomorrow...will likely find out if the spike over 15K and immediate reversal Friday was THE top on the Trannies, as all the rails report soon...the Trannies being price weighted, those big rail stocks along with Fedex/UPS account for the majority of the index...
