the time segmented volume on slv looks excellent 

 

on the whole sector it looks great 


feeling mellow with the yellow metal

man if this is a time of "we are in a time of cooperation, compassion, duality and harmony" i wouldnt want to see its opposite

lets hope hhh  the gold sector is doing a wave ii retrace imho it needs to correct 

 

i see 5 waves up in this sector so a normal pullback

GDXJ has today backtested the top rail from above the channel defined by the action from 01/28 thru 02/07, so it's showing considerable strength IMO.

@gannman  yes, it seems we  have finished a 5 up.  i dont look for a long correction.  i see this war cycle lasting into mid/late april. and then a respite. if the broad market is under duress do you think the fed is going to raise rates?   keep in mind and qatar just said it cannot fill the needs of european demand.  prices of oil are going higher, and maybe alot higher. this is going to stoke the fans of inflation. if the fed raises its an admission inflation is higher than the interest rates =gold higher. and if they dont raise rates gold will go alot higher. in other words i am quite bullish the pms at this juncture
