Margin rates are way too high. We saw interest rates rise dramatically earlier this year, they pulled back, regrouped and are ready to head higher, Watch what happens to the high margin  high PE crowd, it won't take long. (JMHO)

There is nothing not at extremes right now and everyone seems to think it will go on forever even though fewer and fewer people are working.  I don't really care about that but at least looking for some volatility.  We are in interesting times.....

This is a headline from a story on The Hill, and this is typical comment: 'amzing what having a real leader in the WH can do'. And there are hundreds like this.
