Market has gone to sleep! Very slow... calm before the storm, UP or DOWN big move coming!

 

Rounded it back to a 4175 short with that teeny pop lol!

Mainly daytrading NQ this week. Just above $700 profit yesterday, $280 today. 

Spent too much time on VXX Reverse split last week.

Markets waiting, low ATRs intraday charts, not many good trading setups

Will close 1 ES Hedge Long with either LIMIT or STOP order if either is hit in overnight session

 

Will add more VXX CALLS in LT

Good rebound after 2 consecutive losing weeks. But, it will be first losing month of 2021 if next week is not profitable.

Darn full moon isn't making the market 'moon' for some reason. Oh well at least it's flattish.

Nice trades d!  It's been slow for me this month as I'm not liking the long side but have still been profitable so that's ok!  I think I've put to much pressure on myself to make it to 12 months without a loss although this month has had little volatility anyhow.  With the rally overnight was able to bring my average short to 4180 though.  We'll see what happens later today.  I'm thinking the Fed will actually give hints of a change even though they'll hold the same path.  Plus were still extremely overbought, sentiment is to bullish, options too bullish, bond yields to high, great earnings on incredibly lowered expectations so valuations still at extremes, insider selling at extremes, margins at extremes, debt at extremes and finally no volume which has been a good thing so far as no one is selling or barely buying.  All I'm asking for is a little bit of volatility to keep it healthy.  Havn't even seen -1.5% this month once lol!  Gonna be an interesting end to the month I think!

Yeah, real slow, I am trying not to jump into trades when it gets so boring. FED later, big tech earnings, economic reports ahead so let us be patient and ready for the next good move

Boom lol!  Big open and then a 8 point drop lol!!  Was just placing my profit stop and at 4179 and it was taking out for a 1 point profit!  Starting a new build at 4185!!

I cannot believe the bullishness in options, put premiums have evaporated and I havn't seen that in years!  Even I'm tempted to BUY them omg!!  Market is so unhealthy right now, not liking it at all....
