Closing some VOO to take profits from overnight  ES rally

 

Great week, plan today is preserve profits, minimize net losses, make this the best week of 2021.

May reopen if traded lower during rest of this week

Update: Price continuing to base nicely here. As posted the longer the better and once we can clear 4125 targets remain 4170 then 4250

 

 

4125 target in #ES_F hit & rejected in a perfect backtest of yesterdays breakdown area. Big wall here and bulls need to clear to get a rally going Clearing it requires basing 1st (happening now). Healthy above 4075-95. Below there we'd likely retest the lows &onto the big 4k lvl

$NDX down 4 wks in a row, which is not that unusual. Surprisingly, it has only been down a 5th week twice since 03/09 - in 2011 and 2012 (6 and 7 wks, respectively). Current selloff is 7% vs ~10% in those instances
