Law of physics. Higher you go, more violent will be the fall. Big difference between jumping from 2 floor and 3rd floor.

and the uglier the decline the bigger the advance that follows.......figured that out decades ago......some still havent caught on

I'm 20% highly leveraged long and 80% cash, a crash just means I can put a lot more money to work, I don't try to time big tops anymore, maybe a very small position after a big run up.
