Saw a snippet of something saying they were buying a lot of it in Ukraine.

Just don't lose your "key".
Years ago, I found one of these and got excited. Took it to a cashier in Vegas to exchange for dollars.
They said it was worth a whopping $1.00.
I guess they are made out of Linen...
