does anyone else here like oil down here ?
seems like a key pivot, coupled with the fact that we are half a month before the end of the year.
Notes:
* currently seeing a 1 year bullish harmonic pattern activating.
* above 76.34 could initiate surge buying as a 2B buy signal
* seems like a better risk reward in terms of going long than the metals or miners at this juncture.

it is starting to look interesting to me. i am expecting a big down leg in the broad market so i am holding off purchases of oil and oil stocks for now

but i think in spite of the green agenda oil is a part of the economy. and it will be for the foreseeable future

besides sentiment being awful, and timing cycles favor more up time in the weeklies, what else says this is not the favored?

Wrote late last week I was scaling in and building a long position in oil stocks because I thought a large corrective decline was ending. Likely will be a 20% of portfolio position, now about 12% with an additional few recent buys. Like oil's action off recent low and think both technicals (bottoming) and fundamentals for next yr look very good to me. Lots of short term "noise" but unless we get a severe worldwide recession/depression I like what I see. as always DYODD
