Starting a long build at 3640, all about the bonds but the tape is saying there is more buying going on here which is interesting even with the 10-year at 4.00%!  Be interesting to see what happen this afternoon...

Albeit the huge counter-trend bounce the bear market still far from done.  I see SPX below 3500 before long.  It's unavoidable, just a matter of time ......................

It's likely that SPX will have to revisit yesterday's low around the Fed meeting day .................... 

 

More likely after the Fed meeting if the Fed remains hawkish at the meeting .....................

 

Told you this is just a one day event, as rumored it's due to a heavy-handed intervention from Europe, not the Fed, trying to save a big failing bank there.  Now let's wait and see if SPX going to revisit yesterday's low soon .........

One of the greatest reversal in EQUITY MARKETS since... ?? 

From down -3.17% to up 4.22% in the NET ACCOUNT -- amazing. 
I am still down for the week by 0.72%  but will gladly take it. 

This has been the worst week for my  TLT CALLS but not complaining since I 

have notched far more TLT profits than this loss and I am well-positioned for the upcoming TLT rally with a big position. 

 

It would be a rare case for such a reversal to disappear soon without follow through but stranger things have happened 

this year. With healthy profits today, I closed most of the SPY & QQQ CALLS opened during the past few days and also 

am holding 3 ES & 3 NQ hedge shorts. If ES trades above 3710 I will add one ES and one NQ HEDGE SHORT -- limit orders placed 

and I will again be up at 3am for the European session. Could be a wild one! 

 

Was stopped out of 2 of my 7 USD/YEN Short positions but added both back when USD/YEN rallied to a 30-year high today! 

Will add more if trading above 147.8 but most likely intervention tonight or tomorrow, or on Sunday night, will send it tumbling. 

 

I will be satisfied with another 3 to 4% profit on my current LONGS and then start a new position - LONG or SHORT, depending 

on market behavior. With a record 9 consecutive profitable months in 2022 and already 7.03% in October so far I am 

not inclined to be in RISK ON mode for the rest of the year. 

 

However, I am a trader who wants to extract as much profit from any possible market moves so ... will take more RISKS if I think it can be 

profitable. 

Good move selling yesterday.  We're going back to the lows.
