PRECISION work at the MUST HOLD 1700 on Rusty.
For as long as that holds, bulls now have the ball...whether it be days, months, or even years.
I suspect 1800 will be a big challenge. But if does not come back below 1700 before busting through 1800, then open to something longer lasting...
