No, not adding HEDGE SHORT

Am closing some LONGS, starting with SPY & QQQ CALLS opened on Friday

Will add 1 ES & 1 NQ HEDGE SHORT between ES 3695 & 3710 if traded

I wanted to close some LONGS and start winding down this big LONG position but I will wait at least until 2pm today

So, I will add a 3rd HEDGE if market trades in that range ... preferably above 3700

Closing update #ES_F: We hit my 3700 target for today by 10am and have based since as expected.

Breakout to 3720, 3740+ in play as long as 3670 keeps holding (back into the chop to 3630 if it fails).

$SPX Plan for 10/18 Not much change from what i shared intraday, i am expecting a dip back to 3640 range and that needs to hold. I will look for buying that for a larger rally rest of the week. SL should be 3620. Or If we break above 3710, then gap of 3740 first.

 As I mentioned the other day the market is more about psychology than anything and that is where a shift has started.  Will it stick we'll see but it used to be if the 10-year bond approached and hit 4%, down we go.  At the moment it appears to not be scared of that level, maybe its because the market is daring the Fed to raise again who knows but for now it doesn't appear to be worried about higher rates, maybe its the anticipated earnings hopefully coming out better than expected.  Sentiment has been terribly off of late with way to many bears so that could also be it.  Overnight the prices on calls took a huge jump so that could be the first indication that volatility will return.  Guess we'll see what happens after the cash open to add or not to my short as my pajama traders failed me overnight so I'm still sitting with a short of 3722 this morning.

And as I was writing I got my fill with an average short of 3735 now.  Would've been easier to stay long lol!!!
