I have developed this model over the course of the years, it's always right in the LT, but the inputs change based on data.
Its great for overall direction and then using the technical analysis for timing.
It usually it trades pretty close to the actual FMV, but when there is a big discrepancy that is the time to make the most of it.

When I write that is always right in the LT, I am not trying to be arrogant, it just that model has enough "play" in the input variables to be correct and does adjust quite a bit according to the incoming data in regard to earnings, interest rates and market risk premium...
