To be fair I gotta show you the close-up of TLT, right?
88.41 is the red target to meet.
So does the begging @Historical Low, a potential double bottom is going to be the best scenario for TLT bulls...

10/19: The "W" double bottom is still in progress (Yin-Yang Flag). A small red target emerged this morning and filled right away at 84.50 :

First target met in just one day... will flip target to blue, waiting for next one to show itself up.

I have not flip this just met target to blue, that would be next posting. When in time I'll drop the older dates charts as future updates continue adding on... be careful out there.

10/19 10 yr TNX 5min update: TWO new red targets added today so far, and the top one alredy been MET! Two reming taargets are below markeet price as shown.

Now adding another red target today, now four red targets to hit from here.
10/19 ES update: TWO magnets 4292 and 4300 red targets emerged on 10/6 and 10/9 are doing some magic pullings right now...

New red target shows up @4305.53, after fulfilled the last red one to blue. Waiting for ES to fill its two downside targets in my last post; then SPX will go after this new target:
