Raj definitely does some interesting cycle work. His Monday October 23rd Vijayadashami is also a turn risk window in my work, so up would seem to be the path of least resistance. There's also the "Buy on the trumpets, sell on the cannons" war trade in play now which advocates buying at the start of war and selling at the end with things about to really get started in the Middle East. And finally sentiment has gotten a bit too bearish short term as can be seen in the average AAII plot below. So it would seem that the odds do favor a bounce.
