This is getting interesting selling into the close, its almost like people are.......taking profits,,,,,,how could this be.....  I just may have to profit stop my trades for overnight but at this stage it is very tempting to just hang on, we'll see!!!!

"The U.S. dollar is flexing muscle yet again as the first quarter grinds to a close, surging anew on Wednesday against Japan's yen, the Swiss franc and China's yuan - and drawing stern warnings from Japanese government officials in the process.



The dollar/yen exchange rate hit a 34-year high just a whisker from 152 overnight -- surpassing previous peaks from 2022 that drew intervention from the Bank of the Japan at the time. The dollar has now jumped almost 20% against the yen since the beginning of last year.:

It looks that the market is going to gap up at the cash open as some traders pushed up the index futures overnight.  But let's see if the opening gap up gets sold .................................

Slow start to day but with this stagnant market does it matter lol!!  After doing weights, core exercise, 1.5 hours of Padel then 2.5 hours of tennis I was tired lol!!  Did end up profit stopping for a 1 point profit at 5269 and held off getting back in till 5280 and have added a bit this morning bringing my average short to 5283, ndx still 18430, just sitting on that.  I find the volatility index very interesting as it is showing complacency everywhere right along with call option premium down but holding on for that big push up.  The one thing about a stagnant market is time doesn't stop and those poor people run out of time to make their money, thus the reason I trade cycle to cycle.  Anyhow, interesting to see if we give it up again by the close today or hold on.....
