Now let's see big banks earnigns starting tomorrow before the open, that may not be too good.................

The stock market going down today on big banks earnings as I warned yesterday.

VIX shooting up more than 2 points right now, time to be defensive .......................

 

Well, the market got over sold today on big banks earnings reports.  But I see the dip is likely to be bought next week as always in a bull market.........................  

 

 The problem with big banks is their profit margins from NII was sueezed due to the Fed maintaining the rate at around 5%.   But majority of US companies don't have the privilege with the Fed to have NII as a revenue and thus no such an issue....................

No wonder big banks kept calling the Fed to lower the rate.   But many other companies probably make more profit with their products selling at higher prices .........................

BTW, I bought ES and NQ calls today expecting the dip to be bought next week as buying dips like this one is the way to go in a bull market .......................
