Utilities...Still VERY MUCH in a bear market...although a special note on this one...Utes have Led (not outperformed) during 2 great bear legs of this century ('01-02 and '08-09)
So should bulls not be able to get a nearly immediate break of the downtrend, and instead escalation down starts............
