The SP500 kept going down Friday, but breadth was positive, helping to lift the NYSE's McClellan A-D Oscillator up further from Tuesday's very low reading. It was the most negative reading since March 2023 (which was a pretty good price bottom). Seasonality is still in the bulls' favor.

The #MysteryBroker checks in with a quick tactical observation:

"McClellan Oscillator is at an extreme level that usually precedes strong short-term rallies (a few days to a week or two). Expect a 100- to 200-point rally in S&P 500 very soon."
He emphasizes it's "a very short term indicator" so it's unclear if a relief rally will stick, as some other indicators "are not aligned yet."

He promises a longer market outlook soon.
