Stopping this market is gonna require a catalytic event, because fear = bears = squeezes = higher prices ... rinse and repeat.

Rising wedges are less reliable than falling wedges, I suppose due to the longterm bullish bias of the market, If the price makes it to the apex without breaking out or breaking down, this generally implies dissipation of the pattern 'energy', i.e., an uneventful termination (a soft landing?). To me this doesn't look or feel much like the dot-com bubble.
