They should. America can't afford to take care of Europe and it's problems any more

Are you talking about the same Europe saved from Hitler by Americans?
How about WW-I, Americans saved Europe also.
How about NATO funded mainly by Americans?
Without USA, Europe would be speaking Russian.

with regards to WW2 we all agree. But when it comes to WW1, sorry I don't. It was my grandfathers that saved Europe. They defeated the Austro-Germans in the southern front and caused their collapse which thing
led subsequently to their surrender also to the allies France-England in the western front. You won't find that on French and English history books, but that is the pure truth. I'm the youngest son of the youngest sons of those two
men, my grandfathers, one of which was just 19 when he was sent to fight. Most of those young soldiers were from the northern provinces and half of them never got back home. My mother's father was in the final assault
to the Austro-Germans, the one that led to their surrender. He was decorated like all those who partecipated in that blood bath. And luckily, just by chance, both my grandparents got back home. That said, Europe is the place
where the two world wars began. We don't want to have another one. And given that ancient Romans used to say ''if you want peace, para bellum'' or ''if you want peace, prepare war'', it's time to raise a common European army
in order to send a message to Russia. As a last remark, I want to say that Ukraine must be helped until Russia is defeated. That is what I think.

the southern front in WW1 was just a few kilometers far from my home.

I tend to know very well the facts that regard my own people. When Germany signed the armistice with Russia, their troops deployed on the Russian front, were re-directed to the west front and to the south front to help
the Austrians, who were a multi-national empire with men coming from Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia and all the other parts of that central empire that was Austria. Little to almost nothing of help came to us from our allies
in term of men, but they supported us in term of weapons. Following the defeat of Caporetto, the di@@head of General Cadorna who led the italian army and was completely hated by our soldiers because of his brutal
behavior against them (he killed by execution more men than the Austrians did) was forced to resign and was substituted by General Diaz, a southern man with a Spanish surname due to past Spanish domination of
southern italy a few centuries before). At that point the war on the southern front took a different way because an inept was substituted with a skilled guy. The rest is history. The Austro-Germans were defeated in the battles
of River Piave and Vittorio Veneto (in which my mother's father, who was 19 took part). After the defeats Austria surrendered and subsequently Germany did the same as it was unable to continue war without Austria. All of
that said, I wrote that Ukraine must be helped. We don't need to send soldiers, we just need to substain them, because they have been invaded and to me they deserve to be helped. And I would do everything to help them.

Good. Be sure to send your money--lots of it--and your sons to the war front to "help them."
I am tired of watching this country financially drained and distracted by an attention-seeking grifter who lacks common sense and civility. His eurotrash handlers are no better. Time for the US to move on, and mind its own borders.

I have asked nothing to the USA, I have said that Europe should raise its own powerfull army and help Ukraine to free itself from Russia and its mafia bosses dressed as dictators. Ukraine is Europe and it should be
helped by the rest of Europe. Nothing less, nothing more. I never named the USA.

we've always been gratefull to the USA for WW2. It's italian leftists and European leftists in general that have always been anti-american. Centre-right supporters in Europe have always been
gratefull to America. However, you can think as you want, but it's a great mistake to leave Ukraine alone. Luckily it seems Europe won't fall into that trap.
