Someone a few months ago suggested that XMI had broken out of a cup and handle formation...a very big one....I had it in a rising wedge. ....but now agree with him/her...(sorry, can't remember who it was). Anyways..while OEX corrects down to the 615/20 area..XMI will probably test the breakout point at 1170ish. If that holds....mega bullish. This pattern on a breakout would confirm money going into the biggest of the big.
