What about the balloon payment?
Actually, that's an interesting chart. An even better one might incorporate how much per month or year to own it.

Good idea, should suggest it to the invest tools crew. What these charts are saying to me is that Gold is going much higher and also the stock market relative to the price of housing, are we about to see another big shakeout in housing like we saw back in the 80-81 period?
