best burger I have ever had is a buffalo burger sold in a local dive owned by the same person for 40 years in Gardiner, MT...Helen's drive-in...and Helen is a character Angus is fine, but not like quality buffalo burger

buffalo taste more like Frog legs.

tom..buffalo tastes more like beef than any other meat ..at least to me..I live in WY where I can easily buy fresh buffalo in any grocery store, which we cook at home in chili or burgers...it is more lean, but has better flavor

Try an ostrich burger....wonderful flavour and very lean.
