If GE falls apart below 32..then we may have put in a much more major top than I'm thinking at the moment. If GE stabilizes and/or starts to trend up....while we make the C wave on SPX/OEX....then expect new highs in the not too distant future.

GE is a big subprime lender. Its shares are following the footsteps of CFC (which is down today).
