Using a start date of a wonderful nine month low.....I still remember IYB's call in the morning of that low saying it was the buy of the decade. Where the hell are you Don??

...and to be as radical as I can be...in the middle of the subprime fiasco...what if housing bottoms a right shoulder on the nine month cycle low?
