two more went under today: People's Choice LoanCity amazing how fixed on housing CNBC is, many times/hour...so much talk of bottoming and the like. Hogwash, it is sales hype as this will take years to digest. Reminds me of the Naz a few years ago...these sales types said "buy" whether Naz was 1,300, 3,000, or 5,000, or back at 2,000!
