1300 foreclosures in One county in Cleveland in one month.
4000 foreclosures in one county in Chicago in two months.
1 to 3 million homes to be added to inventory this year due to foreclosures.
Why build new homes ? They add to the glut. Would be buyers shut out of low interest, or subprime loans.
Credit tightening.
Congress to have hearing. (but do nothing as always) Whoopeeeee!
(i.e. I, Ben Bernanke, hearby testify that there will be numerous foreclosures in our country this year.
