No wonder you can spend your time hiking.

This is what I meant last week when I said you don't try to game the market, but just look for good stock patterns.

Well done.

PS: I haven't gone mountain hiking in years. It's too cold. It was in Durango anyway.
Guess I should put on a longsleeve shirt next time?

thanks....what good is an idea if not shared. Finding entries and sticking with them is a challenging task in a market that attempts to fool us every 5 days... John - see links...the spec basket of 30 stocks and the fabulous basket now of 6 stocks are not "move in and out" type postions....represent 2.4% of my entire trading account....only selling when sell signal is given, subject to my discretion...sold DNA today for example, as posted at link...sold DNA because of sell signal trying not to game the overall market with at least some portion of my account. market timing is great, but who do you know that is perfect at it?

John - to give you more info. than maybe you are asking...I sold 7/8 of my position yesterday in CMGI, but the 1/8 remaining is the portion of the CMGI for the spec basket...I have no idea how much higher it will go. I just know that it remains in a bullish pattern until a daily/weekly close below $1.80...I got back in on yesterday's dip to 2.06 yesterday with the full 7/8th of the size that I exited yesterday higher...I am gaming the 7/8th of the total position size, moving in and out with it every few days. 1.9% is the difference between 2.06 and 2.10 not to mention the 2.12 exit provided yest before the pullback to 2.06..then the launch to close yest higher

Very nice, Hiker, and you're a good guy for telling us about it all. URRE is looking good. No big uranium rant today but I still have 1/3 from the Plunge last September, up almost 400% now; lovin' it. Best, Doug P.S. I had a "bone scan" on Tuesday, where they inject you with some radioactive stuff and take pictures inside you a few hours later. I wonder if that will make uranium go up.... :redbull:
