I remember this one way back. It was preceded by Milken and junk market's fallout.
Going back and look at the charts I see that markets then had a mini crash, very similar to what we had, then retraced 62% really fast, which is also where we are at now.
Then all three indices headed south again to test the lows. After that the spx and the dow recover to new highs but nasdaq just kept going lower.
