Bullish or Bearish? Mark, how do you read the chart?
It looks like low levels signal comlacency with trend while high levels perhaps CIT or excitement with trend or perhaps something else.

BTW, it's entirely possible that the last Sell wasn't a signal, due to higher than normal traffic. That would mean that the next signal would probably be a Sell.
I'm viewing the T-4 as neutral here, but you guys own it too, so I thought I'd show you it.

Globally speaking, the decline in the financial markets on Feb 27th did not even register as much interest as the death of Anna Nicole Smith or the Amish school shooting last year according to Akamai Network News stats.
