Hmm those chart parameters have somehow changed,... along with the size. I'll re post the original.

Well I can't find the original so this one will have to do. Sorry for leaving some stuff off, but you get the idea.
This dovetails with the CPC Ma charts I have that have not set a New Trend either.

I always find your charts interesting.
TM, I added the NDX Price behind Mr. Dev's indicators.
That helps me see what Mr. Dev's crossovers indicate pricewise:
