IF the rally doesn't develop then we are on to F8 <<<<< fractals do collapse which is OK

Russ, as pictured, f8 would not close the gap.

Ok, thanks Timer. There is a gap on the vix chart that may need to be filled which could produce a small rally before resuming the bearish move. Its a tough call, it may just head down right away too.

Gaps are not always filled .......... not sure why everyone makes it an absolute rule
