With Semis looking awful, what could possibly propel the NDX higher?

Well, maybe that could be the semis. As of the close I have buy signals on the SOX and on SMH.

There's more. I started thinking about the other drag on the markets lately....namely the Banking Index. So I downloaded the data and added it to my spreadsheets. As of today's close I also have a buy signal on the BKX.
