I also notice that each major cycle peak started a bear market or 20% approx. correction. The big bull run started late 1994 w/low VIX, off a major cycle bottom. Now we have a low VIX off the top of the cycle. Major difference there.

Ross Clark over at Institutional Advisors has done a great deal of research on this cycle, he even followed Armstrong around for 6 months in the 1980's. (he said nobody can keep up with him intellectually) Clark's research shows that they range from 10-20% corrections on these pi cycles. If we got by with only a 5% that would be making history.
