The answer is too many bears, too many shorts, and too many put buyers.
It would help if you turned bullish. lol.
All the stuff you mentioned is just mumbo jumbo. The reason there is so much put buying is becuase the big hedge funds know this pig is going to crater. No way I can be bullish when fundamentals are so clearly bearish.

Can someone show me how to make money timing the markets by buying when the news is the best and shorting when the news is the worst?
