this photo of the Snake River with the Tetons in the background was taken 10 days ago,
and is just below Jackson Lake at the north end of Teton Park...
it is a pristine part of the Park, and Triangle X dude ranch is not far from here
if you ever want to experience that part of WY -

the best thing about spring wildlife viewing so far has been a large flock of Sandhill Cranes in flight yesterday, over the Salt River.
Nearby are many trumpeter swans, and they are having young. Will send some photos one day. So far, just enjoying them.
sandhills have a 79 inch wingspan -
