Can anyone recommend a broker or prime broker that one can trade all global equity markets(including market such as Russia, Greece, Spain etc) on one electronic platform?

Interactive Brokers is close but doesn't have all the markets you mention. I don't think a prime broker exists for what you're looking for.

Have you asked the main IBs such as credit suisse morgan stanley gs et al?
