Just got my supposed "official blue line survey" of another land lot ... but it is not, the color "blue." Just wondering if others have experienced this. Surveyor is telling me that it is the "equivalent to a blue-line" and is the original, signed and sealed but that they no longer make them blue. To me, it looks like a photocopy ... there is no raised seal or obvious original ink (that I can observe). Thanks, Muppet
