Can Bonds & the US Dollar both go up?

I'll be going long (call options) TLT if we get a close next Friday >= 88.30 For the 30-Year bond it's >= 99.46. It's not going to take much to get a buy signal for the Dollar. A close for the cash price >= 82.28 on Friday would do it, although I probably won't be taking any positions. Can Bonds & the Dollar both go up for a short period of time?
