Artificial intelligence, once the stuff of sci-fi fantasies, is closing in on Wall Street. A corps of scientists is trying to teach computers to think like traders-and outsmart human stock pickers.

It will never work. Just like any other trading software, it doesn't "feel" like humans do.
But visions of "Terminator" and "Matrix" do come to mind.

I have been saying this for years: Markets are easy, I am difficult. My trading turned around as soon as I realized that many years ago, and I get in trouble every time I forget this.

Why in the world would anyone give up ta? Since last July, every buy signal in every window has been "good."
