Most people don't know that back in 1912 most mayonnaise was manufactured in England. In fact, the "Titanic" was carrying 12,000 jars of the condiment scheduled for delivery in Vera Cruz, Mexico which was to be the next port of call for the great ship after New York City.

Mexicans were crazy about the stuff.

The Mexican people were eagerly awaiting delivery and were disconsolate at the loss- so much so that they declared a national day of mourning which they still observe today.

It is known, of course, as ...sinko de Mayo.

And on another "note" here is a cool site for running tunes in the background.

Thanks for the link Selecto. Another good source for music of course is the Winamp music player which has the Shoutcast stations on it. I like the Piano Jazz Trio station run out of Japan called Oh! Jazz Piano Trio! ...just type in Piano in the search and you can listen to it and some others featuring different styles of piano. There are thousands of free stations with every type of music out there. I use a Roku wireless box to stream it and other music on my HD to my home stereo too.

Russ, You have good taste!

Mike, I still use that Pandora.com link you gave months ago.
I select the Diana Krall station.
It's smooth as MAYO. :)
