ya...unless he raises it again.. .......i remember in the late 80.s or early 90.s......he put out a dow stop......they got him by a tick......then pulled the plug.......why i remember all this minewsha is beyond me......

if xbd has a plan ....dow 13750 I think

If a new high on xbd is forth coming ....then I have say OEX is headed for 712 and SPX double top with all time highs maybe the target.

Thanks chief--now I know were to go short the Dow for a trade. It looks like he's stopped out now.......if we close here or higher.
