Selecto, Why is cpci peaking this time with price highs, whereas in Feb/Mar it peaked with price lows?

Go back several years and look at the big spikes. Generally bearish.

Seems to me you have to be really careful here, given the extra margin available to the
non-directional crowd. Things changed on this front in April; Most of the trading is being
done by hedge funds with lots of available credit/$.
