It used to be known that higher interest rates are bad for stocks. This is BS. Bonds have been going straight down pretty much every day for a while. Interest rates are making new highs. But stocks keep going up. Why? Simple: 1. High interest rates means the FED is printing money faster than usual, which is the single most bullish indicator for stocks. 2. If bonds are being sold, then the money from them will go to stocks. High Interest rates are great for stocks! Denleo

Wrong. Dollar's strengthening. Foreign "Diversified BS" monies are coming. We know it is in the last stage. Just don't know how far. 14000 seems to be good number, but who really know when everyone is bullish. Note: Even the Chinese government think that they have to diversify into many asset class. What an interesting concept!!

Why would anyone need diversification when we got stocks? This is the asset class that does not go down. If one is bored with making money in stocks, one can switch from large caps to small caps and so on just to feel busy and smart. Denleo

The only thing new about this paradigm is that bonds and stocks can move in the same direction. Actually, it's happened before ... when there was coordinated action on the part of the US authorities and its trading partners. I've leave the research up to you.

It's true that interest rates and stocks can go up together and it has happened before (not a new paradigm)...but TYX above 5% makes it tougher and tougher. That's why the breadth isn't there.

Chinese' greatest investment: dump the bond at low and buy stock at high. That is why bond keep falling and dow keeps going up. Buy blackstone, you will be up ten times. Hey they have GOD's phone line.
