RF2 indicator is Neutral at the market close today. I have decided to re-configure the RF2 indicator into three signals, i.e Buy, Sell and Neutral, instead of four (FB, WB, FS, WS) in order to avoid frequent swings when some of the base components get too volatile. With the previous grading, this would have been qualified for a Weak Sell.
